I work with adults of all ages with a broad range of presenting issues. Being relational is at the heart of my therapeutic approach. You can expect a warm, non-judgemental space for whatever needs expression, to be deeply listened to and supported.  鈥�

I normally work online in a confidential setting, via Zoom, WhatsApp or Microsoft Teams, providing a person centred approach to therapy.  If preferred, I can accommodate in-person sessions.  I generally work with clients who are experiencing current 鈥�
