Hey! I'm Ben, an integrative counsellor providing short or long-term counselling for adults 18+ who experience anxiety, depression, low-mood or stress, or those who just feel that something isn't right and are finding it difficult to deal with the ch鈥�

I believe you don't need to be in crisis to access counselling. Seeing a therapist doesn't mean there's something 'wrong with you' it may be you feel now is the right time to work through your emotions; or to work through traumatic experiences. You m鈥�

After a decade of researching consciousness as a neuroscientist, and a successful academic career, my own personal journey led me into the therapy room first as a client and eventually as a therapist. I have experienced myself and also witnessed in m鈥�
