About Me My path to counselling wasn't straightforward, but I am deeply grateful for it. Years ago, I navigated a dark chapter, struggling with alcohol addiction and unresolved grief. I know firsthand how it feels to be lost and vulnerable. Through c鈥�

I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Dip.Co), providing a non-judgmental and empathetic service to support clients to get to where they want to be. My model of counselling is integrative, drawing on components from Psychodynamic Theory an鈥�

I am a warm, caring humanistic therapist, registered with the 鲍鱼视频 I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities. I am LGBT QIA+ affirmative and part of the community myself. I can support you with issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, dep鈥�

My therapeutic approach is primarily humanistic and is led by you. I may borrow from other theories as appropriate. A typical therapy session may consist of listening to what you have to say and then responding with comment, question or a request for鈥�
