Availability
I currently have space for new clients and offer flexible appointment times, including weekends and early evening appointments.
I offer a free 15‑minute introductory call before beginning therapy. This is a relaxed, no‑obligation opportunity to talk about what you’re looking for from counselling and to get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
About me and my therapy practice
You might be here because life feels heavy, confusing, or simply “not how it should be.” Maybe you’ve lost your sense of direction, feel overwhelmed by emotions, or you’re carrying experiences that still affect you more than you’d like. Whatever has brought you to this point, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m a compassionate, people‑centred counsellor who offers a space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. I work with young people and adults experiencing Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Low Mood, Depression, Anger, Addiction, and those difficult moments when you can’t quite make sense of how you’re feeling.
My approach is warm, down‑to‑earth, and grounded in empathy. I combine humanistic counselling with CBT to help you understand the patterns behind your thoughts and emotions, and I use mindfulness to support calm, balance, and grounding when life feels overwhelming.
Support for athletes and people in sport
If you’re involved in sport, you may be facing pressures that others don’t always see. I work with athletes who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by expectations—whether you’re recovering from injury, struggling with confidence, managing performance anxiety, or dealing with the emotional impact of setbacks. Together, we create space for you to reconnect with yourself beyond the sport.
What therapy with me feels like
A space where you set the pace
A relationship built on trust, safety, and authenticity
Time to explore what’s happening beneath the surface
Support to understand yourself more deeply and move toward change.
If you’d like more information or want to explore working together, you’re welcome to email me at Hello@your-therapia.com.
You set the pace.
Practice description
I’m based at the Pavilion in Chichester, a quiet and welcoming space designed to help you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The building is wheelchair‑friendly, with easy on‑site parking, offering comfort and accessibility for all. I also offer online therapy, giving you the option to connect from home if that feels safer, easier, or more convenient.
Throughout my career, my purpose has been to help people believe in themselves, recognise their strengths, and feel empowered to move forward with confidence. My background in pastoral care, mentoring and relational support has given me years of experience walking alongside individuals through moments of challenge, self‑doubt and change, offering steady, genuine support when life feels overwhelming.
In counselling, I aim to create a warm, grounding space—whether in person or online—where you feel truly heard, accepted and safe to explore your experiences at your own pace. My person‑centred, CBT and mindfulness approach supports you in reconnecting with your strengths, understanding yourself more deeply, and finding clarity in times that feel uncertain. Above all, I offer a calm, compassionate presence so you don’t have to navigate your journey alone.
My first session
In our first full session, we will gently explore what has brought you to counselling, what you hope to gain, and any questions or concerns you may have. I won’t rush you or expect you to share more than feels comfortable. Instead, I aim to create a steady, supportive environment where you can begin to feel grounded and understood. I may ask a few initial questions to help me understand your background and what support might be most helpful, but the session will unfold at your pace.
I work to the ƵCode of Ethics and maintain my professional development through regular one to one supervision and group supervision on a monthly basis.
