Since 2006 I have helped individuals and couples, work through complex emotions, traumatic experiences and unhelpful thought patterns. In doing so, the approach reduces feelings of inferiority, builds con铿乨ence and develops trust to do the right thin鈥�

Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile. I'm an experienced counsellor working with adult individuals in Bath and Chippenham as well as online. At times of struggle in life, our distress can challenge our capacity to cope and live as we would l鈥�

I have a special interest in attachment and trauma. I have been running a trauma recovery centre for the last 10 years. I have years of experience in the fostering and adoption context.  I have worked in the inner city in the UK with children and you鈥�

I work with clients on a wide range of issues including loss, self-esteem, anxiety and isolation. This may be linked to childhood experiences, adult loss, systemic inequalities or combinations of these. I  work with people who are exploring the inter鈥�
