My work supports young adults who feel caught in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism, as well as couples struggling to navigate conflict and communication breakdowns. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelme鈥�

I am a member of the 鲍鱼视频(British Association for counselling & Psychotherapists).  This means that I abide by their Ethical Framework, ensuring that I provide a professional and ethical service, for you to be assured that the service you are gettin鈥�
