I鈥檓 an accredited counsellor based in Ramsbottom, Bury, with over 18 years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, grief, overwhelm and difficult life changes. I work with people who feel stuck, exhausted, or unable to cope  even if from the ou鈥�

I truly believe that with the right support and environment, we all have the capacity to reach our full potential and lead happy, fulfilling lives. I understand that asking for help can feel daunting, but I am here to provide a warm, accepting space 鈥�

I am an experienced Humanistic integrative counsellor and have been in private practice since 2011. Post qualifying I worked at the YPC Brighton, and then for Age Uk. It was a privilege to gain experience at both ends of the age spectrum.  I currentl鈥�
