Deciding to seek counselling or therapy is an important step in your life, no matter what has brought you here. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore what鈥檚 bringing you difficulty, without judgement and at your own pace. I鈥檓 also鈥�

When life moves at 100 miles an hour, and the pressure to be everything to everyone takes over, it鈥檚 natural to feel anxious and overwhelmed. That鈥檚 why it鈥檚 so important to pause, take stock, and give ourselves time and space to talk things through.鈥�

I have been practicing as a therapist since 2020. I have focused a lot of my practice on supporting people subjected to sexual violence, and anyone impacted by psychological trauma. I have worked in a mixture of settings, mainly within the voluntary 鈥�

You may be someone who appears to cope well but feels anxious, exhausted, or disconnected inside. You might carry a constant sense of pressure, overthink everything, or feel responsible for holding things together even when it鈥檚 costing you. Many peo鈥�

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and conversational. I offer a safe and supportive space where we can explore thoughts and feelings. As an integrative therapist, I draw on different therapeutic models to respond to what you need at different鈥�

We all sometimes need a space where we can just 鈥渂e鈥� ourselves and explore what is troubling us without criticism or judgement. It provides an opportunity to explore, make sense of, and work through what may be causing us difficulty. My aim as a ther鈥�

I believe that everybody will need something slightly different from therapy and to achieve that I work from an integrated, person centred approach.  Using an integrated approach means that I will use different ideas or techniques from a range of mod鈥�
