About me and my therapy practice
I am a down-to-earth and approachable counsellor/psychotherapist using compassionate therapeutic skills to support on a range of presented concerns.
I use different approaches, bringing together varied models and techniques that respond to your needs as the process develops.
My intention is that you begin to feel seen and heard at depth and can begin to gain vital self-awareness.
I normally meet weekly with clients but will adapt according to your needs if this is not possible - sessions are 50 minutes in length.
I can meet with in-person or online.
Practice description
My core approach is fundamentally relational and focusses on developing a strong therapeutic alliance at a pace that works for you. I have an interest and significant experience in Buddhist and Transpersonal counselling as well as more pragmatic and strategic solution focussed approaches.
I try to encourage creativity and use of the imagination in support of developing wholesome internal and external dialogue and communication. You can expect an open and non-judgemental space and a sincere focus on supporting you in a journey towards insight and relief.
I have extensive experience of working with neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia). I work closely with cultural differences, and with people from diverse international and social and economic backgrounds.
By offering a friendly and accepting confidential space, I hope to help you with your current mental, emotional and relational concerns.
My first session
The first brief session will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
This is a free 20 minute consultation (usually online) which will include understanding some of your immediate concerns and ensuring that the approach I take is appropriate for your needs.

About me and my therapy practice
SUPERVISION
I provide clinical supervision for ±«ÓãÊÓÆµregistered therapists, working from an integrative approach with the same emphasis on relational and archetypal work that I adopt in client practice. I hold a certificate in supervision and am very familiar with managing and responding to a range of dilemmas, ethical, normative and as part of working with an organisation.
I charge £75 per 50 minutes of supervision and can meet in person or online.
Fee concessions are available for student counsellors.
