About me and my therapy practice

I offer a confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Together, we can explore what's troubling you, helping you to gain clarity, build resilience, and find a way forward.

My approach is integrative with a person-centred foundation, meaning every session is tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're experiencing work related stress, family challenges, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, pet bereavement, LGBTQIA+, or other life challenges, you don't have to face them alone.

If you feel you would like start a set of sessions or just a couple of focussed sessions, taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation before you commit to anything. It's a chance to describe what's brought you here, ask me anything you'd like to know, and get a feel for whether we'd work well together. There's no obligation to book afterwards.

Our first session is also an opportunity for you to talk through the issues that have brought you to counselling, without any commitment to book further sessions.

Whether you are looking to book a limited amount of sessions or start on a longer path of therapeutic work, by focussing on the issues that are important for you we can work towards setting realistic goals for you to achieve.

Practice description

I currently work from my practice rooms in Rochester, Kent for in-person, online and telephone sessions.

My role is to offer a safe place to land. Whether you are navigating a known transition or an unnamed sense of being lost, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out for help. Sometimes, life just feels heavy, stuck, or confusing, and you might not even know why.

Support during life’s journey can help you find your footing through ongoing changes, uncertainty, and feelings of being stuck in old patterns. It is an opportunity to process the shifts in your life with someone who can support you.

The experience of loss can feel like an emotional tornado. Whether you are facing the passing of a loved one, a beloved pet, or a significant life transition, your feelings are valid and deserve a gentle space to be heard. I can offer a reliably safe space to help you process these complex emotions at your own pace.

Fees:

£50 - for 1 hour in-person sessions (adults 18+)

£40 - for 1 hour online sessions
