About me and my therapy practice
Rather than addressing surface-level symptoms, I explore the unconscious patterns, early experiences and relationships that shape your emotional life and how they effect your life in the here and now.
Practice description
My practice includes short-term dynamic psychotherapy (12 or 18 sessions) as well as open-ended therapy tailored to specific needs.
I have experience working with adults with late-diagnosis ADHD and those suffering with anxiety and depression.
I have a particular interest in working with problems around work and employment, particularly those in the STEM fields and finance who are finding the passion they once had for their work has waned.
My first session
Once you contact me, if I have a suitable slot available, I will generally offer you a fixed-fee consultation to discover whether we feel we can work productively together.
After this has been assessed, we will usually agree a session fee and contract for a therapeutic schedule that I believe best suits your needs, both conscious and unconscious.
