My Approach
My aim is to support you in exploring your thoughts and feelings, when it's needed gently challenging what might have been in your blind spots. Helping you join the dots between the past and present.
As a therapist, I value collaboration and relational approach. Respecting your autonomy and supporting your growing self-awareness is important to me. I believe that therapy is not effective without trust and openness between myself and my clients.
In my practice, I integrate range of humanistic approaches, including Person-Centred, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis theories and methods. By drawing on these approaches, I can adapt the therapy to meet your individual needs.

Working together
I see counselling as a joint process and the relationship between client and counsellor is central to meaningful therapeutic work. By creating and nurturing a companionate environment built on acceptance, openness, and genuine connection, you can begin to uncover your own resources to heal, grow and thrive.
Therapy works best when you show up open to exploring your thoughts, feelings and patterns even when the work feels uncomfortable at times.
Ethical Practice

Alongside my private practice, I also work within charitable organisation.
