About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative counsellor offering compassionate, client-focused support for both adults and teenagers. Drawing on Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic approaches, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals.
At the heart of my practice is a belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I work collaboratively, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours at your own pace. The Person-Centred approach ensures you are heard and understood, while CBT helps identify and challenge unhelpful patterns. Psychodynamic theory allows us to explore how early life experiences may influence your present-day struggles.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low mood, bereavement, relationship issues, addiction, or navigating life’s transitions, I bring warmth, insight, and a deep respect for your individual journey.
My service is fully online, offering flexible appointments during evenings and weekends to suit busy schedules and provide support from the comfort of your own space.
Whatever brings you to therapy, I’m here to help you make sense of things, build resilience, and move towards lasting change.
Practice description
I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential counselling service entirely online, using Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp video. This flexible approach allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space, saving travel time and making it easier to fit sessions around your life.
I work with both adults and teenagers, offering a calm and empathetic environment where you can feel safe to talk openly and be heard without judgement. My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different models to suit your individual needs. These include Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic theories of childhood.
Person-Centred Therapy puts you at the heart of the process, allowing you to explore what feels most important. CBT helps identify and challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. Psychodynamic understanding brings insight into how early experiences may be affecting your current emotions and relationships.
Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low, stuck, or navigating a life transition, I will work alongside you to explore what’s going on and support you in finding a way forward. I aim to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and make meaningful changes.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £55. Evening and weekend appointments are available to make therapy more accessible around work, study, or family commitments.
