About me and my therapy practice

I’m Fee, a qualified person-centred counsellor with over ten years of experience in the social care sector, working with clients across diverse age groups. My passion lies in supporting individuals through challenges related to mental health, burnout, suppressed emotions, and the complexities of personal relationships. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings with openness and authenticity.

Practice description

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life is chaotic or uncertain. Finding the right counsellor to support you on your journey is key to fostering self-awareness and growth. I offer a space where you can express yourself freely, without fear of judgment, and work towards understanding yourself and the relationships around you.

Relationships shape our lives, but they can also present challenges. As we grow, the dynamics of our relationships may shift, leaving us uncertain about our place within them. I support individuals in navigating these changes, empowering them to set healthy boundaries and make choices that align with their emotional well-being.

Burnout is a common experience, with work and daily responsibilities impacting our emotional and physical health. When exhaustion takes hold, it can affect sleep, concentration, and overall mental clarity. I help clients recognize and work through the effects of burnout, supporting them in finding balance and reclaiming their sense of self.

Triggers—whether rooted in childhood experiences or shaped by adulthood—can deeply influence how we think, feel, and engage with the world. I guide clients in understanding their emotional responses, accepting themselves, and developing strategies to heal and move forward in a way that feels right for them.

Therapy is a personal journey, and each person’s path is unique. My approach as a counsellor in person centred, collaborative, respecting your autonomy while providing the support needed to foster change and self-acceptance. If you’re ready to explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth, I am here to support you.
