I am available Monday through Thursday for online sessions. 

Hello my name is Danielle. I am a passionate Gestalt Counsellor.

Have you ever felt ‘stuck’ but unsure why, I work collaboratively and supportively to explore the feelings of where you are in the here and now, to explore becoming ‘unstuck’. 

I treat all my clients as individuals and use a holistic approach. I can work creatively if that is what you feel you need.

I offer a warm, safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore whatever you may want. My sessions are client led which means you decide what you bring to the sessions each week and I will stand along side you whilst we explore what you have brought. 

My practice is client led which means you control the sessions. 

I am experienced in working with anxiety, depression, stress, self-image, self-confidence, relationship issues,self-harm. 

My sessions are conducted online via zoom.

I offer a free 25-minute introductory phone call. 

During our first session we will go through the contract process together. You will complete a short assessment before we begin to explore what you would like to bring.
