About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals in their 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s, of any gender identity, whose emotions are impacting their health, relationships, work and life. I create a supportive, confidential and judgement free space, where we can explore and process your experiences in depth, gently uncovering your deeper beliefs about yourself and what you're truly seeking in relationships and life. My approach is rooted in peeling back the layers to understand what's going on beneath the surface. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches grounded in CBT, psychodynamic, systemic and transpersonal techniques, with a solutions focus. Where relevant, I also draw on behavioural science principles. Together, these help us navigate your challenges more fully and explore an empowering way forward, so you can create more of the life you want.
Practice description
I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through many difficult challenges and seeing meaningful progress over time. This may look like overthinking and getting stuck in shame spirals, feeling isolated, poor sleep/insomnia, being stuck in unhealthy relationships, cycles of depression or even addictions. My clients say therapy with me has helped them feel calmer, safer, clearer about themselves and their relationships. They leave feeling empowered and better equipped to navigate relationships and life's uncertainties. For some, our work offered a sense of relief, self-acceptance and a renewed hope for life. I'm affirmative of neurodiversity and comfortable working with ADHD, LGBTQ+ identities, race, culture and spirituality.

I work with individuals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s of all genders and cultural backgrounds who are finding their emotions are impacting their health, relationships, work, and overall quality of life. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can talk openly about whatever is troubling you - whether it’s something you’ve never said out loud, like a secret addiction, or navigating complex experiences like grief, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, or burnout. There is no judgment here - just space to be real and supported.
My approach is collaborative and in-depth, gently peeling back the layers to understand what’s going on beneath the surface. We’ll explore your lived experiences, patterns, and beliefs with care, working toward gaining clarity, relief, and a greater self-awareness. I'm always mindful of your unique context - whether shaped by culture, faith, or a secular worldview - I adapt the work accordingly, based on what you hope to achieve.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, psychodynamic, systemic, and transpersonal techniques, with a solutions mindset. These allow us to navigate your challenges holistically and work towards meaningful and lasting change, at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you.
