About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my page
I'm a compassionate and empathetic integrative counsellor, offering a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and navigate the challenges that you may be facing.
My practice focuses on supporting individuals who are neurodivergent or those who believe they may be. You may be struggling to navigate life with Autism or ADHD, the world can sometimes feel isolating and like you don't fit in. You may be looking for a space to make sense of your emotions, or struggling as a parent to support your child. I understand the emotional impact that this can have on your daily life.
You may be visiting my page for a number of reasons, you could be feeling anxious, uncertain or unsure of where to turn next. You may be wondering if counselling could help you, or you may have certain goals that you'd like to achieve from counselling.
I can work with you to find a way forward that feels right for you. This could be using the sessions as a space to explore your emotions and challenges, a place to feel heard and understood or to process past events that may be troubling you now.
It can feel scary to take that first step and seek help and I aim to provide a safe and accepting environment where you can feel heard and find a way forward to improve your emotional wellbeing together. I work at your pace and will put you at the centre of our work together.
If you feel that I may be the right counsellor for you, please get in touch to arrange a telephone consultation.

Practice description
I work from a comfortable private space in the centre of Bedford. My room is accessible and is in easy reach of convenient parking.
I also offer online sessions via Googlemeet.
I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation so that you can get to know me, how I work and see if you think we'd be a good fit to work together.
I work within the ±«ÓãÊÓƵethical framework to ensure that my practice is safe and puts my clients first. This includes regular supervision and professional training.
