Online therapy offers flexibility, comfort, and accessibility—allowing you to attend sessions from the privacy of your own space, without the need to travel or rearrange your day. It can be a convenient and effective way to receive support, especially when life feels busy or overwhelming.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a down-to-earth, working-class counsellor and therapist offering a warm, non-judgemental space to work through life’s difficulties. Alongside professional training, I bring a wealth of personal experience to my practice, which helps me connect with clients in a real and relatable way.

I specialise in working with extreme anxiety and depression, bereavement and grief, loneliness and social isolation, neurodivergent experiences (including ADHD and autism), and LGBTQ+ issues. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you're struggling, and I offer compassionate support to help you make sense of things and move forward at your own pace.

My approach is flexible and client-led — I work in a way that suits you, because therapy should be about what you need. Whether you want to talk, explore feelings, learn coping strategies, or simply have space to be heard, our work together will be focused on helping you feel more in control and more like yourself.

Taking that first step can feel scary, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll walk alongside you, providing the tools, time, and support to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with who you are.

If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to help you take that next step.

Practice description

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor but have experience in delivering solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I am also a creative person, offering art as a way of expressing emotions and thoughts in session when words do not easily come.

Availability

I currently offer online and telephone counselling sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between 11am and 7pm. I also have limited availability for pre-arranged appointments on Sunday mornings.

If these times don’t quite suit your schedule, I’m happy to be flexible where possible—please feel free to get in touch so we can find a time that works for you.

About me and my therapy practice

Hello, I’m a down-to-earth, working-class counsellor and therapist who offers a safe, supportive space for you to explore whatever you’re going through, without pressure, judgement, or expectation. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ll walk alongside you as you start to make sense of things and find a way forward that feels right for you.

I specialise in working with extreme anxiety, depression, bereavement and grief, loneliness, social isolation, neurodivergent experiences (including ADHD and autism), and LGBTQ+ issues. These areas are not just part of my professional training, they’re also close to me personally, and I bring a deep understanding and genuine care to the work I do.

You don’t have to come to therapy knowing exactly what to say or do — our sessions will be shaped around your needs, at your pace. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not yourself, I offer a calm, grounding presence where you can talk things through and feel truly heard.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about giving yourself the time, space, and support to reconnect with who you are, understand what’s going on for you, and begin to build a sense of emotional control and wellbeing again.

Taking the first step can feel scary, but it’s also a brave act of self-care. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here and ready to work with you — just as you are.

Practice description

I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor, which means I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and zero judgement—holding space for whatever you’re going through. Alongside this, I also bring experience in solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), so if you're looking for something more practical or goal-driven, we can work that way too.

I’m also a creative at heart, and sometimes words just don’t cut it—that’s totally okay. If it feels right for you, I offer art-based approaches in our sessions as another way to explore what’s going on beneath the surface. You don’t need any art skills at all—just a willingness to express yourself in your own way.

My first session

Our first session is all about creating a safe, relaxed space where we can get to know each other and start building trust. There’s no pressure to open up straight away—you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It’s your time, and I’m here to support you at your pace.

We’ll begin to explore what’s going on for you, what you’d like to change or work through, and what feeling better might look like for you. Whether your goals are big, small, or still a bit unclear—that’s okay. We’ll figure it out together.

This is the start of a journey back to you—feeling more grounded, more emotionally balanced, and more in control of your life.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a warm, down-to-earth, working-class counsellor who brings a mix of real-life experience and professional training to the work I do. I know that mental health struggles can be confusing, overwhelming, and exhausting — and you don’t have to face them alone.

I’ve supported people through a wide range of challenges, including intense anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, loneliness, social isolation, neurodivergent experiences (such as autism and ADHD), and LGBTQ+ issues. These are areas I deeply care about, and I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.

There’s no set script in therapy. We'll work in a way that feels right for you — whether that means talking things through, exploring tools and strategies, or just having the space to breathe and reflect. This is your space, your pace, and your journey.

If things feel a bit tangled right now, that’s okay. Reaching out is a powerful first step. From there, we’ll take it slowly, build trust, and work together to help you feel more grounded and more like you again.

It’s not just about coping — it’s about reconnecting with who you are, and finding a way forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

We’ll start to figure out what’s been going on, what you might want to change, and how I can best support you. You don’t need to have all the answers—whether your goals are clear or you’re just feeling a bit lost, that’s totally fine. We’ll take it one step at a time.

This is your space to breathe, figure things out, and start feeling more like yourself again.

Availability

I currently work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 11am and 7pm. I have availability for pre-arranged appointments on Sunday morning. However, I am flexible with my hours so please do get in touch so we can discuss this.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a down-to-earth, working-class counsellor who brings both personal insight and professional training to the heart of my work. I know how heavy life can feel sometimes — when emotions get tangled, motivation disappears, or everything just feels too much. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I specialise in supporting people through intense anxiety, depression, bereavement, loneliness, social isolation, neurodivergent experiences (like ADHD and autism), and LGBTQ+ issues. These are more than just areas of training for me — they’re topics I care deeply about, and I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.

Therapy with me isn’t about ticking boxes or following a strict method. It’s about working together in a way that feels right for you — at your pace, in your own time. Whether you're ready to talk, unsure where to start, or just need someone to sit alongside you, I’m here.

It’s okay if everything feels a bit chaotic or unclear right now. Taking the first step is often the hardest part, and from there, we’ll gently begin to unpack things, build trust, and figure it out together.

This isn’t just about surviving the tough times — it’s about finding your footing, reconnecting with who you are, and moving toward the life you want.

Practice description

I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, offering a warm, empathetic approach that places your needs at the heart of our work. While my core training is in person-centred therapy, I also integrate elements of solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) where helpful, adapting to what best supports you.

As a creative practitioner, I also offer the option of using art within sessions—providing a powerful, alternative way to explore emotions and experiences when words may be difficult to find. Whether we work through conversation, creativity, or structured techniques, the space is yours to express and grow in whatever way feels right for you.

My first session

Our first session will be a calm and supportive introduction, giving us the opportunity to get to know one another in a professional, relaxed way. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with—this is your space, and there’s no pressure.

Together, we’ll begin to explore what you’d like to work on and what you hope to achieve through counselling. Sessions will move at a pace that feels right for you, as we gently begin the process of addressing your challenges, setting meaningful goals, and supporting you in regaining a stronger sense of emotional wellbeing.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a down-to-earth, working-class counsellor with both personal and professional experience of mental health challenges. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and start making sense of what you’re feeling, without pressure or pretence.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in negative thought cycles, or like you’ve lost a sense of who you are, I’ll meet you with empathy, honesty, and a steady presence.

My practice is especially supportive for those who feel misunderstood, unseen, or like they’ve had to mask their struggles to get by. I have a deep understanding of how complex life can feel when you’re neurodivergent, grieving, or trying to navigate the world with anxiety, low mood, or identity-based challenges.

I work integratively, meaning I tailor our sessions to your needs, blending a compassionate, person-centred approach with tools from CBT as well as coping strategies to help manage things like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or unhelpful patterns.

You won’t find cold silence or confusing jargon here. I’m an engaged, human counsellor who genuinely listens, reflects, and supports, someone in your corner, helping you build insight, emotional resilience, and connection.

I work online, so you can access therapy from the comfort of your own space. If this resonates with you, please feel free to get in touch. You deserve support that’s both professional and deeply human.
