About me and my therapy practice
Hi I'm Sue,
I am an Integrative counsellor, qualified trauma therapist, and I work with the flash technique, rewind technique, and dream completion technique.
I am also an emotional freedom technique practitioner (EFT-tapping therapy), and I am certified to work with adults who have experience of adoption, foster, and the care system.
I am also a pet bereavement counsellor.
I come from a diverse background, carrying a tool kit of academic, and life experience to counselling, beginning many years ago in Psychology and Criminology.
I work with adults with a wide range of concerns (please see below).
I am an open minded, non-judgemental, empathetic, and a life experienced counsellor who knows that life can have it's ups and downs, and that we may struggle to find our voice and feel overwhelmed.
I prefer to offer a range of therapies and techniques rather than a 'one size fits all' to tailor to your individual concerns.
Sometimes it is important to focus on ourselves for a while, this does not mean me first it means me too.
My mission is to provide a therapeutic, client led counselling service to those who wish to improve their quality of life, and to gain better understanding of themselves.
