Practice description
About My Therapy Practice
Life can be overwhelming, especially when navigating anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, or domestic abuse. As a professional counsellor, I provide tailored support to help you regain clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.
Every enquiry begins with a free initial assessment to determine whether therapy is right for you. My sessions offer a safe space to explore concerns, set meaningful goals, and work through personal challenges in a way that suits your individual needs.
Whether online, in person, or over the phone, confidentiality is paramount. I encourage clients to find a quiet, secure environment for remote sessions to ensure uninterrupted focus.
My Approach & Values
I integrate a range of therapeutic interventions to create a personalised approach that meets your unique needs. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my techniques to foster positive outcomes through goal-setting, self-exploration, and practical strategies.
As a BACP-registered therapist, I adhere to ethical guidelines with values grounded in:
鉁旓笍 Compassion 鈥 Supporting you with care and understanding
鉁旓笍 Respect 鈥 Honouring your journey and individual experiences
鉁旓笍 Integrity 鈥 Ensuring transparency and professionalism in every session
You鈥檒l have the opportunity to shape your therapy experience, deciding whether short- or long-term support suits you best. Regular progress reviews help to keep the process aligned with your goals.
