I understand life can be busy and hectic, which is why I offer flexible days and hours to accommodate your schedule.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapeutic therapist with a warm, down-to-earth approach.
Sometimes it can be difficult to put into words what’s going on. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and able to talk openly about what is affecting you.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges and life changes. I also have experience supporting young people with anxiety, self-harm and difficult transitions.
My approach is compassionate and tailored to you. We can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right, making space to understand patterns, relationships and past experiences that may be affecting how you feel today.
Practice description
My practice is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on you, your experiences and what you bring to therapy.
I understand that experiences can affect us in ways that are not always easy to recognise or explain. Therapy can offer a space to explore these experiences with care and curiosity, without pressure to have everything figured out.
I place great importance on the therapeutic relationship and aim to offer a space where you can be yourself and feel accepted without judgement.
Sessions are available face-to-face, online or by telephone.
My pronouns are she/her. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcome people of all identities and backgrounds.

You are welcome to contact me by email, text or voicemail. We can then arrange a free 15-minute telephone conversation so I can hear a little about what you are looking for and you can get a sense of whether working together feels right for you.
