I’m here to help you make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and together we can uncover the root of your emotions, gain new insights, and begin the journey toward healing.
As an Integrative Person-Centred Counsellor, I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing on approaches such as mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or looking to explore your personal growth, I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, available online or in person.
I provide a calm, compassionate space where you can feel truly heard—without judgment. My role is to support you in understanding your internal world, helping you explore your past and present, or focus on shaping the future you want.
