About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic Integrative Therapist offering thoughtful, relational therapy for individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, through the challenges in life.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, low self-worth, the impact of past trauma, or significant life transitions, often feeling they have reached a point where old coping strategies are no longer enough.
Practice description
Our work together is collaborative and reflective. I support clients to develop deeper awareness of their internal world, recognise unhelpful patterns, and gently loosen survival responses that no longer serve them. This process allows space for greater self-trust, emotional resilience, and more aligned choices.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of approaches, tailoring the work to your individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Sessions offer both emotional depth and practical insight, supporting meaningful and lasting change over time.
If you are seeking a space to explore your self with care, honesty, and professional support, I invite you to get in touch.
My first session
The first session provides a foundation for our work together. It is a space to begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship and to explore what has brought you to counselling at this point in your life.
We will spend time clarifying your hopes and expectations for therapy, as well as discussing how I work and how the counselling process can best support you. Having a clear understanding of the therapeutic framework helps create a sense of safety, direction, and collaboration from the outset.
My role is to offer a thoughtful, contained space in which you can begin to speak openly and honestly, at a pace that feels manageable for you. Over time, this allows us to gently explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and beliefs with greater depth and clarity.
The intention of the first session is not to “fix” anything, but to establish a solid and supportive starting point from which meaningful work can unfold.
What I can help with
Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Development coaching, Health related issues, Identity issues, Life coaching, Loss, Men's issues, Personal development, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self esteem, Service veterans, Sex-related issues, Sexual identity, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues
Types of therapy

About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic Integrative Supervisor offering reflective, ethically grounded supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists who wish to develop their practice with greater depth, confidence, and clarity.
My approach to supervision is relational and integrative, supporting both the emotional and professional dimensions of therapeutic work. I work collaboratively with supervisees to explore client material, therapeutic process, ethical considerations, and the impact of the work on the practitioner.
Practice description
Supervision with me offers a space to think carefully and critically about your practice; including how you work with complexity, manage uncertainty, and refine your therapeutic presence. Alongside support and containment, I offer thoughtful challenge where appropriate, encouraging deeper self-reflection, professional accountability, and clinical maturity.
I draw on integrative and humanistic frameworks, with space for intuitive and transpersonal understanding where it enhances clinical insight and ethical decision-making. This work is always held within clear professional boundaries and aligned with the ethical standards of the counselling profession.

My first session
The first supervision session establishes the foundation for our working relationship. It is a space to begin building trust, clarity, and a shared understanding of how we will work together.
We will explore your expectations of supervision, your current practice context, and what you are seeking from the supervisory process at this stage of your professional journey.
You will be invited to reflect on your counselling journey, including your experience, areas of strength, and any current challenges within your practice. This helps situate the supervision in a way that is relevant, purposeful, and professionally supportive.
The intention of the first session is to create a clear, collaborative supervisory framework that supports both your clinical work and ongoing professional development.
