About me and my therapy practice
Remote Counselling and Face-to-Face
I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences openly and at your own pace. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including private clients, university students and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) referrals.
My approach is integrative and holistic, combining different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs. Sessions are mainly online, with face-to-face appointments available on request. Both short-term and longer-term counselling are available, depending on the support you are looking for.
I am a Bupa-recognised therapist and welcome clients with eligible Bupa health insurance, subject to their individual level of cover and authorisation.
I follow the ethical frameworks of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I regularly undertake continuing professional development to maintain and provide safe, ethical support.
Alongside my counselling practice, I have a specialist interest in AI ethics and responsible AI. I hold the internationally recognised IEEE CertifAIEdâ„¢ AI Ethics Professional certification, reflecting my interest in ethical practice and the responsible use of technology.
