Hello and welcome. I'm a fully qualified Integrative therapist with a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and authenticity. My approach is grounded in the belief that no single method fits everyone, which is why I draw from a range of therapeutic models—including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies—to create a personalised experience that fits you.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, identity, or simply feeling stuck, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be fully heard, understood, and supported.
I work with adults from all walks of life and welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I understand that reaching out can feel daunting, but you're not alone—and therapy doesn’t have to be scary. My aim is to make it a place where real growth can happen, at your pace and in your way.
One of my core specialisms is working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences. I bring both clinical knowledge and lived experience to this area, and I’m passionate about creating a therapy experience that respects and celebrates neurodiversity. Whether you're newly diagnosed, questioning, or navigating a world that often misunderstands you, I'm here to help you find clarity, confidence, and connection.
As our backgrounds and social context play a big part in understanding ourselves, and as such my practise is anti racist, LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming, neurodivergent friendly and anti oppressive. As well as this, I believe in not censoring yourself, so humour and colourful language can play just as much a role in our sessions as serious, creating the safest environment for you to heal.
Let’s talk about what matters to you. Together, we can explore your story and help you move toward the life you want to live.
Practice description
I work with individuals of all backgrounds and life situations, and I understand that each person’s journey is unique. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or simply seeking a deeper sense of self, I’m here to help you build a stronger connection with yourself and foster the positive change you desire. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with kindness and acceptance, empowering you to unlock your own potential and discover your path forward.
I specialise in working with neurodivergence. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, have known for a long time, or suspect you may be neurodivergent, I’m here to support you in understanding how this affects your life, relationships, and self-perception. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies for managing behaviours, building self-compassion, and embracing your strengths, to help you understand, destigmatise and manage any processes that stem from this.
If you’re looking to build a deeper understanding of yourself, build confidence, or explore new ways of living with more balance, I’m here to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, growth, and positive change.
I hold a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am trained in person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I have over 9 years experience working with:
-NHS IAPT service
-military veterans
-crisis services
-neurodivergent adults & children
-Betterhelp
This gives me a range of experience in areas not limited to depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, anger, autism & ADHD, self-harm, suicidal ideation and trauma.
My first session
As choosing a therapist can be an overwhelming process, I offer a free 20 minute session before committing to therapy.
We can use this time to get a feel for whether or not we'd be a good fit, as well as discuss any general themes you feel you wish to look into.
This is your opportunity to ask questions, and understand what kind of sessions we would be having.
As finding a therapist that fits you can often be tricky, I offer this free of charge
