Availability
🕊 Availability & Communication
I aim to offer a service that is both supportive and flexible. Sessions are available throughout the week, and I do my best to accommodate different schedules, including daytime and early evening appointments. If you have specific availability needs, we can discuss what works best for you.
You are welcome to contact me between sessions if you need to share information, ask a question, or update me about something relevant to our work. I offer a variety of communication options, including email and messaging, so you can reach out in the way that feels most comfortable. All communication is treated with the same level of privacy and respect as your sessions.
🌿 Out‑of‑Office & Boundaries
To ensure clarity and consistency, I have set times when I respond to messages and emails. If you contact me outside these hours, I will reply as soon as I am next available. This helps maintain a healthy balance while still offering reliable support.
If I am away or unavailable for a period of time, I will always let you know in advance.

⏳ Cancellation Policy
Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee.
🌼 Flexibility & Support
I understand that everyone’s circumstances are different. Whether you’re managing work commitments, family responsibilities, or personal challenges, I aim to offer flexibility wherever possible. We can discuss your needs openly and find a rhythm that supports your wellbeing and progress.
About me and my therapy practice
🌿 Welcome
Taking the step to begin therapy is an act of courage, and my aim is to make that step feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can explore what’s happening in your life, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to move toward meaningful change.
I offer an integrative approach that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with person‑centred therapy, giving you both practical tools and a deeply supportive space to explore your experiences. CBT helps us understand and gently challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, while the person‑centred foundation ensures that you feel heard, respected, and free to express yourself without judgement.
My work focuses on supporting people with anxiety, depression, low self‑belief, work‑related stress, and personal life challenges. Each session is shaped around your needs, your pace, and what feels most helpful for you. Together, we explore what’s happening for you emotionally while also building strategies that support real‑life change.

Practice description
I offer an integrative approach that brings together Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and person‑centred therapy, allowing us to work in a way that is both practical and deeply reflective.
CBT helps us look closely at the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns — such as worry cycles, negative self‑talk, or avoidance — and develop tools to shift them. This can be especially effective for anxiety, depression, and challenges with self‑belief, giving you strategies you can use in everyday life.
Alongside this, my person‑centred approach ensures that therapy is shaped around you as an individual. You set the pace, and your experiences guide the work. This creates a safe, non‑judgemental space where you can explore what you’re feeling, understand yourself more fully, and build confidence in your own ability to grow and make decisions.
Clients often come to me with work‑related stress, personal life difficulties, low confidence, or a sense of being stuck. By combining structured CBT techniques with the empathy and openness of person‑centred therapy, we can work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
My first session
Your first session is a gentle introduction to therapy. We’ll take time to explore what brings you here, what you hope to change, and what support feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with — it’s simply a space to get to know each other and see whether we’re a good fit.
To make this step easier, I offer the first session at a reduced fee of £55.
