About me and my therapy practice
My approach is Integrative in nature, which means I can use a wide range of techniques based on an individual client's needs. This can be short or long term depending on your goals.
My belief is that every adult, teenager or child has the capability to change and grow by having a safe, supportive, warm environment to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Practice description
I am a registered member of the ±«ÓãÊÓÆµ I work with a wide range of issues that include Anxiety, depression, bereavement, family and relationship issues, bullying, adolescence and self confidence to name a few. In my practice I work with adults and I also specialise in working with children and young people. I work face to face using an integrative approach which is tailored to work specifically for the individual client.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision. To help you decide, I offer a complimentary 15 minute telephone consultation to ensure my counselling approach aligns with your needs.
My first session
For adults the first session we will complete an assessment.
For children and young people, the first session will be a parent assessment to discuss what is happening for your child.
