For this Sydenham listing, I offer in-person sessions in SE26, with additional face-to-face availability in Forest Hill, Brockley, the Peckham/East Dulwich area and London Bridge, depending on the day. I also work online with clients across the UK.

I offer weekly and fortnightly appointments and my available hours are flexible. Session fees range from £75 to £100 depending on location and time of day.

I offer a free 15–20 minute initial phone consultation. Please get in touch for current appointment times and the location that would work best for you.

About me and my therapy practice

You may be pushing through the day while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to make the changes you want. I work with individual adults and couples, and my practice is ADHD- and neurodivergent-affirmative, while also welcoming people who may not identify in this way or may never have considered neurodivergence.

Many people I work with experience anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or a sense of not quite fitting — with themselves, in relationships, or in the world around them. For some, this includes long-standing difficulties with focus, motivation, organisation, or emotional regulation.

I work holistically, recognising that distress often has many roots. It can be shaped by life history, relationships, current pressures, and wider social and cultural contexts. It’s not only about the individual; many people are struggling within systems and expectations that are not always supportive, particularly when their needs or ways of experiencing the world differ from what is expected.

You might feel lost, disconnected, or broken in some way, with thoughts and emotions that feel overwhelming or hard to make sense of. Perhaps you want a shift — to develop a kinder relationship with yourself, understand recurring patterns, improve your relationships, or explore why certain ways of living have become unsustainable.

I have lived experience of ADHD and work with many people who identify as ADHD or neurodivergent, are questioning, or are newly diagnosed. Others don’t use diagnostic language at all but recognise experiences of difference, intensity, masking, overwhelm, or ongoing strain. There is no requirement to arrive with a label.

I don’t see ADHD or neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed or made to fit neurotypical norms. Where relevant, we can explore how your mind works, what you have been responding to, and what supports greater self-understanding, regulation, self-acceptance, and more sustainable ways of living and relating.

Practice description

I offer both short-term, solution-focused counselling and open-ended, longer-term therapy for individual adults and couples. I have experience working within NHS brief-therapy settings as well as in private practice.

My approach is relational and integrative, meaning that our work is shaped collaboratively and tailored to your individual needs, pace, and goals. A confidential, safe, and supportive therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the work we do together.

I work holistically, attending to emotional, relational, and embodied experience rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation. This can include exploring patterns from the past, current life pressures, relationships, identity, and how mind and body respond to stress, change, or long-standing ways of coping.

With couples, we may explore communication, recurring patterns, conflict, emotional connection, intimacy, trust, and the differences each person brings into the relationship. Where ADHD or neurodivergence is part of the picture for one or both partners, this can be explored without positioning either person as the problem.

With individuals, work may include anxiety, low mood, burnout, self-esteem, relationships, identity, masking, emotional regulation, executive-function difficulties, late recognition or diagnosis, and finding more sustainable ways of living.

I value authenticity and humility in the therapeutic relationship, while also offering a steady, professional presence. Therapy is a space where you don’t need to perform, mask, or have things figured out in advance.

I offer weekly and fortnightly sessions.

Individual sessions are £75 online and £90–£100 face to face, depending on location.

Couples sessions are 75 minutes and cost £100 online or £120–£130 face to face, depending on location.

My first session

I offer a free initial 15–20 minute phone consultation. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, particularly when you are already in distress or unsure what kind of support you need. My aim is to make this first step feel less stressful.

The consultation gives us a chance to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for, practical questions such as location or online sessions, and whether working together feels like a good fit. There is no expectation to commit.

The first full session is more structured and may last up to 90 minutes, with no additional charge. For individual therapy, we begin to build a picture of what is happening for you, relevant background, and what you would like from the work.

For couples, the first session gives us time to hear from both of you and begin to understand the relationship, each person’s perspective, and the patterns or difficulties that may be bringing you to therapy.

You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis, a clear explanation, or a fixed goal. If you are wondering about ADHD or neurodivergence, are newly diagnosed, or simply recognise some of these experiences in yourself or your relationship, we can explore this at your pace.

Sessions from £75.00

Availability

I am currently accepting new adult clients for face-to-face and online therapy.

For this East Dulwich Peckham borders listing, I offer in-person sessions in SE22 / SE15, with additional face-to-face availability in Sydenham ,Forest Hill, Brockley and London Bridge, depending on the day.

I’m an ADHD and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, with lived experience of ADHD. I work with adults face-to-face in Sydenham and across South East London and London Bridge, and online across the UK. You do not need a diagnosis or a neurodivergent identity to work with me.

Many people I work with arrive feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, burnt out, or as though they do not quite fit — with themselves, in relationships, or in the world around them. For some, this includes long-standing difficulties with focus, motivation, organisation, emotional regulation, or keeping up with everyday demands.

I work holistically, recognising that distress often has many roots. It can be shaped by life history, relationships, current pressures, and wider social and cultural contexts. It is not only about the individual; sometimes the environments and expectations around us are part of what has become difficult or unsustainable.

Some people come knowing they are ADHD or neurodivergent, while others are questioning, newly diagnosed, or have never used diagnostic language. You may simply recognise experiences of difference, intensity, masking, overwhelm, or ongoing strain. There is no requirement to arrive with a label.

I don’t see ADHD or neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed or made to fit neurotypical norms. Instead, we can explore how your mind works, what you have been responding to, and what genuinely supports regulation, self-understanding, self-acceptance, and more sustainable ways of living.

My work is informed by an awareness of social, cultural, and relational contexts, including the impact of marginalisation, power, and difference. I aim to offer a non-judgemental, confidential, and supportive space where you do not need to perform or have everything figured out.

Practice description

I offer both short-term, solution-focused counselling and open-ended, longer-term therapy for adults. I have experience working within NHS brief-therapy settings as well as in private practice.

My approach is relational and integrative. This means our work is collaborative and shaped around your individual needs, pace, and goals rather than following one fixed method. The therapeutic relationship is central to how I work, and I aim to offer a space that feels thoughtful, safe, and genuinely human.

I work holistically, attending to emotional, relational, and embodied experience rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation. We may explore patterns from the past, current life pressures, relationships, identity, and how mind and body respond to stress or long-standing ways of coping.

When ADHD or neurodivergence is part of the picture, our work may include masking, burnout, executive-function difficulties, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, late recognition or diagnosis, and finding ways of living that are more sustainable. I work affirmatively rather than treating neurodivergence as a problem to be corrected.

I value authenticity and humility while also offering a steady professional presence. Therapy is a space where you do not need to perform, mask, or have everything figured out in advance.

I offer face-to-face sessions in South East London, including Sydenham, Forest Hill, Brockley and the Peckham/East Dulwich area, as well as London Bridge. Online therapy is available across the UK. I offer weekly and fortnightly sessions. Fees range from £70 to £100 depending on location and time of day.

You do not need to arrive with a diagnosis, a clear explanation, or a fixed goal. If you are wondering about ADHD or neurodivergence, are newly diagnosed, or simply recognise some of those experiences in yourself, we can explore this at your pace without requiring you to adopt a label.
