About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Patrycja, a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and CBT Therapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

As a compassionate therapist, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Using a Person-Centred Approach, I provide warmth, empathy, and understanding, ensuring you feel heard and valued. Alongside this, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you develop practical tools to manage negative thoughts, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Rather than offering advice or directing your choices, I will work alongside you to support your self-exploration and growth. Therapy is most effective when built on mutual trust, respect, and commitment. I aim to create a space where you feel empowered to take ownership of your journey, engage fully in the process, and make the most of each session.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, or life transitions, my goal is to support and empower you. Together, we’ll work towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.

To ensure the best experience, I kindly ask that all initial enquiries be made via email, allowing me to respond thoughtfully and arrange an introductory call if needed.

Reach out today, and let’s begin this journey together!

Practice description

I’m deeply passionate about my work and committed to ongoing professional development. I regularly attend CPD training and workshops to strengthen my skills and ensure I offer the best possible support to every client I work with.

My first session

Taking the first step can feel daunting, which is why I offer a free 20-minute initial telephone consultation. This gives us the chance to learn more about each other, discuss how I can best support you, and answer any questions you may have before booking a session.

The Whitefield & Radcliffe Holistic Centre

92 Stand Lane

M26 1JU

Prestwich Holistic Centre

2b Mather Ave

I offer flexible ways to access support, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you. Sessions are available:

  • Chat-based (for those who prefer written communication)
  • Telephone (a simple and effective way to talk from the comfort of your own space)

While attending regular sessions can be beneficial, the frequency and duration of your therapy are entirely up to you.

The issues listed on my profile give an idea of the areas I can support, but they’re not exhaustive. If there’s something specific you’d like to explore in counselling that isn’t mentioned, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I'm happy to discuss how I might be able to help or guide you toward the right support.
