About me and my therapy practice

You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things don’t feel quite right in your life or relationships.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you—at your own pace. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences to help you better understand yourself and begin to make meaningful changes.

I work in a relational, person-centred way, which means our relationship is at the heart of the work. We might explore patterns in your relationships—with others and with yourself—and gently look at what may be keeping you stuck, and what might be ready to shift.

Alongside general counselling, I am in training to become a psychosexual and relationship therapist meaning I also have a particular interest in working with sexuality, relationships, and identity. This can include challenges around desire, intimacy, sexual function, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others. I aim to offer an open, inclusive space for people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles.

Before working in private practice, I supported individuals within an LGBTQIA+ charity, both one-to-one and in groups, around mental health, identity, and sexuality.

Whatever brings you here, we can take the time to understand it together.

Practice description

My practice offers a calm, confidential space where you can bring whatever feels difficult, confusing, or hard to talk about elsewhere.

I work with individuals on a range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and questions around identity. I also have a particular focus on sex and relationships, including challenges around desire, intimacy, sexual confidence, and communication.

I aim to create an open, non-judgemental environment where all aspects of you are welcome. This includes working in a sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirmative way, supporting people of all genders, sexualities, and relationship styles.

Sessions are led by you and what feels most important to explore. Some people come with a clear focus, while others aren’t sure where to begin—we can take the time to figure that out together.

I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs, and work either online or in person in South London.

My first session

I offer a free 15–20 minute phone or online consultation so we can get a sense of how it might feel to work together.

This is a chance for you to ask any questions and share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy. There’s no pressure to commit—we can simply see if it feels like a good fit.

If we decide to go ahead, our first session will give us space to explore things in more depth, including what’s been happening for you and what you might want from therapy. We’ll also go through practical details like confidentiality and how we’ll work together.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer relational, person-centred counselling for adults seeking support with the many kinds of emotional and relational challenges life can bring. Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression/low mood, self-esteem issues, grief, life transitions, identity or relationship difficulties — I aim to create a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s troubling you, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to make change in ways that feel authentic and manageable.

Alongside my general counselling work, I am also training in psychosexual and relationship therapy, and I am now welcoming clients who wish to explore concerns relating to intimacy, desire, sexuality and relationships. While I complete this specialist training under supervision, I offer psychosexual sessions at a reduced rate.

WhaI can support you with:

General counselling

  • Anxiety, stress, low mood, self-worth and confidence
  • Relationship and communication difficulties
  • Life transitions, identity and personal growth
  • Grief and loss
  • Exploring gender, sexuality or neurodiversity
  • Past traumas and difficult or distressing experiences

Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy

  • Erectile difficulties and performance-related concerns
  • Orgasm difficulties, including difficulty reaching orgasm
  • Ejaculation difficulties, including premature or delayed ejaculation
  • Pain and penetration difficulties, including vaginismus
  • Sexual desire and arousal difficulties, including low desire and mismatched sexual needs
  • Sexual anxiety, shame and confidence around sex
  • Intimacy, communication and emotional connection within relationships
  • Exploring sexuality, sexual identity, consent and boundaries
  • Sexual difficulties connected with body image, life transitions, menopause, pregnancy, childbirth, illness or medication
  • Exploring consensual non-monogamy, kink and other relationship or sexual practices

Whatever you’re seeking support for, I aim to provide a kind, thoughtful, and inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
