About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained - as though you’re carrying more than your share and can’t find space to breathe? Whether you’re facing a life transition, relationship challenges, burnout, or something harder to name, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
I specialise in supporting women through the complexities of modern life. From navigating identity, self-worth, and relationships to healing from trauma, loss, and systemic stressors, I provide a thoughtful, compassionate space for women to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and strength.
As a qualified therapist with a professional background grounded in both psychological theory and human experience, I bring a calm, steady, and warm presence to my work. I understand the many roles women are expected to play - and how difficult it can be to ask for help when you’re used to holding everything together. My own lived experience as a woman, single mother, and someone who has faced depression and discrimination informs my approach with empathy, not assumption.
My practice is inclusive, client-led, and culturally sensitive. I offer a safe space for women from diverse backgrounds to express themselves without judgment - especially those navigating the emotional impact of marginalisation or feeling unseen in their daily lives.
In addition to evidence-based approaches, I bring a grounded spiritual perspective to my work. My practice is informed by a range of spiritual philosophies and contemplative traditions that centre on self-awareness, inner peace, and personal transformation. This allows me to support clients who wish to explore meaning, purpose, and emotional wellbeing through a deeper, more reflective lens - always in a way that aligns with your own values and beliefs.

In our work together, I will provide a non-judgemental space where you can feel seen, heard and understood. I will gently challenge you when appropriate and help you to make sense of your experiences, to recognise the strategies that already work for you, to release the ones that don't and to introduce new approaches that can help you live a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
