About me and my therapy practice
Working together with a therapist can help you to make changes to aspects of your life that are limiting you and can help you heal from difficult experiences. I offer a confidential service and a safe space to reflect on your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships.
Practice description
Ways of working are tailored to each individual client and can include expressive use of art media if desired. I have trained using a range of psychological theories and methods as a basis to enable me to work in an integrative way. I believe that counselling can be immensely powerful in helping people to work through emotional difficulties in order to realise their own potential in life more fully.

Supervisor - Hempton
Features
- Concessionary rates
Availability
Daytime supervision sessions and Tuesday evening slots available online or in Hempton, Oxfordshire. I can also work from the location of your school or organisation if required. I am able to offer supervision to therapists, teachers and support staff in schools and colleges and to any staff who work within the caring professions.
1:1 and Group supervision provided.
About me and my therapy practice
I practice in a broadly humanistic way, using primarily Gestalt, Person Centred and Transactional Analysis as main reference points. I have completed an integrative supervision diploma and work systemically, with creative methods included in your supervision sessions if you wish to use them to support your process and practice. I have extensive experience of working in educational settings.
Practice description
Supervision will be tailored to the needs of those attending, either in groups or 1:1, and will enable you to access a supportive space in which to process the experiences generated within the context of day to day work. The provision of this space encourages reflective practice. This allows for increased capacity and confidence in one’s own role on an individual level and strengthens co-working and best practice within an organisation. I will offer a collegiate and supportive space to meet you and/ or your organisation in order to facilitate deeper understanding of the ‘self’ as an instrument which needs attention and maintenance in order to function healthily.
