About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I will work with you in any way that is specifically beneficial for you. This might include a combination on talking therapy, mindfulness, art therapy, empathic listening, grounding & relaxation practices and more.
I work in a warm, empathic, non judgemental manner, giving you the space to explore and express whatever feelings and experiences you need to work through. I will walk with you through any difficulty and help guide you through this in a safe environment with a goal of helping you to heal and grow emotionally.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works with Children, teenagers and adults, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She is committed to helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their journey toward improved emotional wellbeing.
I have a strong background in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). When I am not working in private practice at The Awareness centre, she works for a charity that supports children and young people affected by sexual abuse. I understand how overwhelming these challenges can feel and works sensitively alongside clients to help them process difficult emotions, build resilience, and regain a sense of stability and control.
In addition to my specialist areas, I have experience supporting clients with family and relationship difficulties and a wide range of everyday issues such as work stress and low mood. I recognise that life can present complex and sometimes unexpected difficulties, and will tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
I also have a special interest in working with women and young girls who struggle with menstrual disorders such as endometriosis, adenomyosis and PMOS. In addition, I support clients in navigating a wide range of everyday challenges, from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to managing life transitions and improving overall wellbeing.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I tailor my approach to each individual, working at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate, and supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and healthier ways of coping.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to providing inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive care.
