Availability
My standard fee is 拢60 for a 50-minute individual counselling session.
Sessions are usually weekly at the same time each week, either online or in person in Greenwich, South East London.
Where weekly sessions aren't financially manageable, fortnightly sessions may sometimes be possible. We can discuss this during your initial consultation.
I also offer a small number of reduced-fee spaces for counselling students and for people on lower incomes. These spaces are limited and subject to availability.
I currently offer appointments Monday to Thursday, including daytime and early evening sessions.
If you have particular accessibility needs around timing, communication, pacing or the way sessions are structured, you're welcome to let me know. You don't need to know exactly what you need before getting in touch 鈥 we can talk about what might help.
About me and my therapy practice
Counselling for overwhelmed, anxious and neurodivergent adults in Greenwich and online
Sometimes you can be doing everything you can to keep things together, and still feel like it's all becoming too much.
You may be anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you've spent years adapting to other people's expectations, masking parts of yourself, pushing through, or simply trying to cope 鈥 and you're reaching a point where those ways of managing no longer feel sustainable.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin therapy.
I offer a warm, calm and collaborative space where you can explore what's happening without judgement or pressure. You don't need to have the 鈥渞ight鈥 words or know exactly what you want to achieve. We can start wherever you are and make sense of things together.
I particularly work with:
anxiety, worry and feeling constantly on alert
burnout, chronic overwhelm and exhaustion
neurodivergence, including the impact of masking and feeling different or out of step
trauma and experiences that continue to affect you
identity, self-esteem and a sense of belonging
people-pleasing, boundaries and losing yourself in relationships
emotional overwhelm and difficulty understanding or regulating your feelings
work-related stress and the pressure of constantly having to cope
For many people, these experiences overlap. Anxiety can sit alongside burnout. Neurodivergence can affect identity and relationships. Trauma can shape how safe you feel in yourself and with other people.
We don't need to separate everything into neat categories. We can look at what's happening for you as a whole person.
Practice description
My approach is relational, trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming.
I'm interested in understanding what your experiences have meant to you, rather than simply trying to remove symptoms. Together, we might explore the patterns you've developed to cope, the expectations you've carried, and the ways you've learned to protect yourself.
You may have spent a long time being the capable one, the responsible one, or the person who keeps going. Therapy can offer somewhere you don't have to perform or hold everything together.
I work gently and collaboratively, and we go at a pace that feels manageable for you. I won't push you to talk about things before you're ready.
You can bring the parts of yourself that feel anxious, overwhelmed, confused, frightened or difficult to make sense of. My role is to sit alongside you, help you understand what's happening, and support you in developing a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Online and in-person counselling
I offer counselling in person in Greenwich, South East London, as well as online across the UK.
My therapy room is quiet, private and easy to reach by public transport. Online sessions take place via a secure video platform, allowing you to attend from somewhere comfortable and private.
If you're considering therapy but aren't sure whether I'm the right counsellor for you, you're very welcome to get in touch.
You don't need to know exactly where to start. We can have an initial conversation and see whether working together feels right for you.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation before you decide whether to begin regular therapy.
This is a gentle, low-pressure conversation where we can talk about what's bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and see whether we feel like a good fit.
There's no obligation to continue.
What sessions feel like
Sessions are calm, steady and centred around you.
You don't need to arrive knowing what you want to say. Some sessions may involve talking through something that's happened; others might be more reflective, emotional, or focused on understanding a particular pattern.
There isn't a formula for how therapy should look. We work together to find what feels useful and supportive for you.
Over time, therapy can become a space where you can be more honest about how things really are, understand yourself more deeply, and begin to feel more able to trust yourself.

Practice description
In online sessions, I aim to create a therapeutic space that feels steady, warm and accessible. You鈥檙e welcome to show up as you are 鈥 whether you need time to settle, prefer your camera off, or find it easier to think, talk or process things in your own way.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming, and I welcome people of all identities and backgrounds.
I work relationally and collaboratively, with an understanding that therapy needs to feel safe enough for you to be honest about what鈥檚 really going on. We can adapt the pace and way we work around your needs, including communication, sensory preferences and how you engage with online sessions.
Online therapy can offer flexibility and continuity without the need to travel. You can join from a private space where you feel comfortable, making it a useful option if you prefer the familiarity of your own environment.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout and overwhelm, neurodivergence, trauma, identity and self-esteem difficulties, and relationship challenges. These experiences often overlap, and we can explore whatever feels most important to you.
My first session
The First Session
Before deciding whether to begin regular therapy, I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation online.
This is a relaxed, low-pressure conversation where we can talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like support with, and any questions you may have about working together.
You don't need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. You can simply tell me what's been happening in whatever way feels easiest.
It's also a chance for you to get a sense of what I'm like and whether you feel comfortable talking with me. We'll talk about what you might need from therapy and whether I feel like the right counsellor for you.
There's no obligation to continue after the consultation. If we both feel that working together could be helpful, we can discuss arranging regular sessions.
