About me.
I am qualified and compassionate counselling therapist dedicated to supporting individuals & couples through life's challenges. With a total of five years experience in mental health and well-being, I provided a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgement.
I specialize in helping clients navigate areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, self esteem issues, and life transitions. I believe that healing is not a destination but a journey-and I am here to walk that path with you.

My Approach.
My therapeutic approach is client-centred, meaning that our sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person centred approach, which focuses on your needs, preferences and goals, treating them with respect and understanding. Transactional Analysis (TA) which focuses on communication and interactions between people.
Your story matters, and I believe in the power of a collaborative partnership. Together, we will uncover the blocks that have been holding you back and create a plan to move forward with clarity, confidence, and resilience.

Individual Therapy.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected? Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore your challenges, uncover strengths, and achieve personal growth. Through one-on-one sessions, we will work together to address the issues affecting your well-being and create strategies for a more fulfilling life.
Couples Therapy.
Relationships are complex and can sometimes feel strained due to miscommunication, conflicts, or unmet expectations. Couples therapy provides a supportive environment to rebuild trust, enhance intimacy or seeking to strengthen your bond. I am here to help you move forward together.
My first session
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but I am here to make the process as comfortable as possible. During our initial session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and what you hope to achieve. This session is a chance for us to get to know each other and ensure that we are a good fit.
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution, and the frequency of sessions will depend on your needs.
Whether you require short-term support or ongoing guidance, we will work together to create a plan that works for you.
