About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced therapist and have spent the past five years working with clients across the age range, supporting them through a variety of challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties.
If you’re going through something difficult, you may find it hard to open up—even to those closest to you. This can lead to feelings of isolation, confusion, and emotional overwhelm. If that sounds familiar, please know you’re not alone.
I hold a Master’s degree in Person-Centred Therapy and offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, which is why building a warm, genuine therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my approach.
Counselling can help you gain clarity and insight into the issues affecting you, and support you in understanding what truly matters to you. As you begin to make sense of your experiences, many people find they feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to make meaningful choices in their lives.

My first session
I offer a free 30 minute introductory phone call. My approach is client-led and I will take some time in the first session to explain how person-centred therapy works so you can decide if this is right for you. It is an opportunity for you to talk about your situation and I will ask some questions about how you have been feeling. By the time you leave, you will know more about me and what you want to get out of therapy.
