About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering a warm, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe and supported. I believe each person is unique, and I adapt my way of working to suit your individual needs and goals.
Being trained in a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy, allows me to bring together different elements of therapeutic thinking to support you to move forward. Together, we will develop a way of working that enables you to feel safe and comfortable, while gently moving toward your goals. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or are struggling with relationships, identity, or loss, we can explore what’s going on for you in a confidential and supportive environment.
At the heart of my work is the relationship between therapist and client. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong and trusting connection. My aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, empowered, and able to make sense of your experiences.
My first session
I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation by phone or online. This is a chance for you to ask any questions, check availability, and get a feel for whether you'd like to take the next step. You’re also welcome to contact me by phone, email, or through my website to arrange an appointment.
The initial assessment session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll look at what you’d like to focus on and how I might support you. There’s no pressure to commit, what’s most important is that you feel comfortable and that I’m the right fit for you.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Supervisor with a small but busy private practice in East London. I offer clinical supervision to both trainee and qualified therapists, providing a reflective, supportive, and ethically grounded space to explore your work, deepen clinical thinking, and develop your professional identity.
My approach to supervision is relational and integrative. I believe that just as each client is unique, so too is each supervisee. I tailor my supervision style to your individual needs, drawing on a broad range of theories and modalities including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural approaches. At the heart of supervision is the relationship, I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and challenged in constructive and collaborative ways.
In addition to private practice, I bring over 20 years of experience supporting the mental health of children, families, and school staff. I also teach and supervise at the University of East London, across the BSc, Postgraduate Diploma, and MA programmes in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
