I'm here to help you explore your experience and find a new way forward to ultimately feel better within yourself.

I am a fully qualified and experienced therapist working in private practice and in the NHS. I have over 30 years of experience working with people affected by trauma and abuse.

My Qualifications and training include:

- BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling & Psychotherapy

- Licensed Practitioner in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression (PCE-CfD)

- Diploma in PCE-CfD Supervision

- Behavioural Couples Therapy

I'm experienced in working with people with varied and multiple reasons for seeking therapy including depression, anxiety, stress, bereavement, work issues, health, abuse, and relationship difficulties.

I help my clients to work through and find change in relation to current challenges or ongoing problems. 

I offer long and short-term therapy in person, over the phone or video call. 

Session fees: 

£50 for one to one therapy
£90 for couple therapy

Concessions may be available, please contact me to discuss.

Payment to be received at or in advance of each appointment either cash or bank transfer. Receipt available on request.

I remain committed to my own continued personal development and growth through regular supervision and additional training.

I work within the ±«ÓãÊÓƵethical framework to offer safe and compassionate therapy. 

I am an accredited practitioner working privately and within the NHS as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. 

I offer a relational approach in individual and group supervision, working with practitioners at all levels of experience.

I offer telephone sessions, video or face to face sessions from a comfortable working space within my home.

Fees:

£60 an hour for individual supervision.

Payment in advance or on the day by bank transfer or cash. Receipt available on request.
