I provide online therapy for adults.

Are you plagued with thoughts of not being good enough, feeling like a fraud or invisible, lacking confidence in your own abilities, struggling with imposter syndrome? 

Are you grappling with overwhelming events in the past/current (something you found traumatic) or haunted by early life experiences?

  • Explore your feelings of not being good enough, identify and understand the origins of that thinking and learn to challenge it and turn around negative self talk.
