About me and my therapy practice
Whether you’re feeling off-key or emotionally out of tune, I offer grounded, client-led therapy to help you reconnect — with yourself, others, and what matters.
I work with adults of all genders and backgrounds, and I have particular experience supporting men who may have been taught to push feelings aside or keep things in. Over time, that can lead to a sense of emotional shut-down, pressure to have it all figured out, or a quiet discomfort that’s hard to name. I offer a space where these experiences can be unpacked with curiosity and care — without judgment or pressure. You might not be in crisis, but there’s a sense that life isn’t flowing the way it could. Therapy offers a space to slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with what matters most.

Practice description
My approach is integrative — drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, and solution-focused therapies — which means we can explore the past, stay present with what's happening now, and think about where you want to go.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I bring my full attention, mind, and training to help you make sense of what’s happening and discover new ways forward. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. We can work with whatever you’re bringing, at your pace.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself, I’m here to help you explore, understand, and move toward something more fulfilling.
The length of therapy is entirely up to you. Some clients come for a handful of sessions to focus on something specific, while others choose to work longer term. We can decide together what feels most helpful and appropriate for you. You don’t need to have a clear goal when you start. The process can unfold as we go — whether that’s short-term work around something specific, or a longer journey of personal growth and self-understanding.
My first session
I believe that it is important to find the therapist you are most comfortable with, and so I offer and introductory session of 30 minutes for £20. I hope this goes some way to help meet different therapists. Here you can ask anything you like about how I work and what I can offer, and most importantly, see whether you feel comfortable talking to me.
