About me and my therapy practice
Life can tilt on its axis in a heartbeat: a medical diagnosis, career upheaval, the end of a relationship, or another sudden change can render old certainties obsolete, and sometimes you can lose your sense of self without any dramatic event at all. Whether you’re facing an external crisis or simply feel your identity has faded, I can help.
As an experienced integrative therapist, I guide adults through these pivotal moments by combining proven therapeutic methods with a collaborative, humanistic-integrative approach. This gently supports meaningful, tangible change, helping you steady your inner compass, rediscover who you are now, and move forward with confidence.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred, Existential, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Solution-Focused therapies, tailoring the work to suit you as an individual. With extensive experience across the NHS, private, and charity sectors, I’ve supported clients through a wide variety of challenges, with particular specialisms in individual identity, health diagnosis, professional identity, occupational counselling, and abuse recovery.
