About me and my therapy practice
We all want to live a meaningful and fulfilling life free from suffering, but sometimes it's a struggle to find our way and we need help to get there. I can help.
With over 20 years experience, I offer a safe space to talk, to explore and to reflect, all whilst providing compassionate understanding and insight. This collaborative approach enables meaningful change and ultimately less suffering.
I offer psychotherapy and EMDR for individuals, as well as couples psychotherapy.
