About me and my therapy practice
Being a trans & queer first generation immigrant I'm aware of the necessity of intersectional thinking, of power and oppression. I attend to anti-oppressive practice through being attuned to social context (recognising how the systems we live under impact us) and to the inherent power imbalance in therapy. I have a conversational style that is unlike the harmful archetype of a detached, 'neutral' clinician and I make use of immediacy and sensitive self-disclosure to elicit insights, reduce shame and deepen intimacy.

I have experience working with people whose difficulties are around their identities as well as with people whose identities are completely incidental to what they wish to seek support for. I'm passionate about seeing people becoming who they are and integrating parts of themselves they previously haven't accepted.
Alongside private practice, I'm a Visiting Tutor on GSRD and Gestalt Therapy Theory at the Gestalt Centre, London and I'm Deputy Editor of British Gestalt Journal. Outside of therapy engagements I write creatively.
I work bilingually in English and in Hungarian.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer a consistent, supportive, sensitively empowering relational space in which you can come to meet yourself with curiosity, navigate an on-going difficulty, recover from traumatic wounds, (un)learn patterns of relating and expand your repertoire for connecting. Through straightforward, warm and expansive conversations you can increase your capacity to outline and strengthen the contours of your sense of self (clearer boundaries, needs, wants, edges, wounds and pleasures) and develop a readiness to articulate these confidently when needed while retaining your ability to be surprised, to remain open.

About me and my therapy practice
I see supervision as the skill and art of facilitating a collegial relationship in which you feel held in, safe, sensitively challenged and inspired. I’m currently undertaking additional training in Intersectional Supervision; developing a framework for intersectional Gestalt supervision. As a trans and queer, first generation immigrant I understand the necessity of intersectional thinking. I'm attuned to how the systems we live under impact us, and pay close attention to the inherent power imbalance in supervision. I have a conversational style that is unlike the harmful archetype of a detached, ‘neutral clinician’ and I make use of immediacy and sensitive self-disclosure to elicit insights, reduce shame and deepen intimacy.
Practice description
I’m an experienced Gestalt therapist, having worked with clients for a decade in various settings. Through my long-standing private practice, personal therapy, writing and teaching I’ve come to find a way of consistently cultivating curiosity and tender honesty. I think relationally and contextually and I’m inviting and am available for open, non-defended conversations.
Outside of clinical practice, I write and edit and am Deputy Editor of British Gestalt Journal. I also guest teach GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, Relationship Diversity) and Gestalt Therapy Theory at the Gestalt Centre, London.
I usually see supervisees fortnightly. I offer supervision at a low-cost rate (£60) until the end of August 2025, and £80 thereafter, and I warmly welcome enquiries from both trainees and qualified therapists.
Gestalt therapy being an inherently integrative therapy, I welcome you to contact me even if you’ve trained in another approach. Pre-qualification – I prefer to work with Gestalt trainees (BACP) as training requirements often mean I’m unable to work with those from other approaches. However, if you’ve qualified (BACP, UKCP, NCPS) in any of the other humanistic traditions (person-centred, integrative, existential, transactional analysis and psychosynthesis) and wish to engage with an intersectional, relational, embodied and creative approach to supervision, you’re most welcome to get in touch. I love supporting therapists in becoming more rounded, more grounded and confident in their own style.
