About me and my therapy practice

I have 20 years experience as a fully qualified UK based accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, integrating person centred, solution focused, existential, and cognitive behavioural methods. I am also an Accredited EMDR Practitioner (Europe). I specialise in working with clients on Trauma, Stress/Anxiety, Mindfulness, Self Compassion, and finding Meaning and Enjoyment in Life.

Practice description

My practice is mainly virtual/online these days, and I offer therapy via video or audio on most platforms. Sessions are 50-60 minutes and frequency can be arranged as flexibly as required.

My first session

I offer a free initial session of up to 15 minutes to discuss options with potential clients. This can be by phone or video.
