Practice description
I offer a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy, supporting individuals navigating a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I draw on counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy to tailor support to your unique needs.
You may be feeling stuck in patterns of negative thinking, overwhelmed by anxiety, or carrying the weight of past experiences. Perhaps you're adjusting to a life change—like pregnancy, parenthood, work stress, or relationship shifts—and you're looking for a safe space to process what’s happening. I provide a calm and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours together to help you make meaningful, lasting changes.
My work is collaborative and goal-focused, yet sensitive to the pace and emotional needs of each client. I aim to support you in building greater self-understanding, confidence, and resilience, while helping you reconnect with your values and strengths.
I am a fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP) and Integrative Counsellor (BACP), with over 10 years of experience working within the NHS and private practice. I specialise in working with perinatal mental health, depression, low self-esteem, burnout, trauma, PTSD, social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
Whether you are new to therapy or returning after some time, I aim to make the process feel supportive, empowering, and personally meaningful. You're not alone—support is here when you're ready.
My first session
I look forward to meeting you in our first assessment session.
Sessions are typically held via Whereby, my preferred secure online platform. You’ll receive a link ahead of our session. If you would prefer to have the session by telephone instead, please let me know and I’ll be happy to arrange that for you.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a shared understanding of your current situation. We’ll talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you may be struggling with, and the impact this is having on different areas of your life. We will also begin to identify goals for therapy—what you would like to work on and how you’d like things to feel or look different over time.
This initial session also helps us consider whether CBT or integrative counselling is the right fit for your needs. Based on the information you share, we will explore whether continuing with therapy is appropriate and collaboratively agree on the best way forward. Sometimes this may include signposting to a different type of support if it feels more suitable.
This session is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the process, the approach I use, or anything else you’d like to clarify.
Please feel free to get in touch ahead of the appointment if you have any questions or need to make changes to the format. I’m here to help.

Practice description
I offer a collaborative, reflective, and supportive supervision space for therapists at all stages of their professional journey. My approach is grounded in the 7-Eyed Model of Supervision, which allows us to explore your clinical work through multiple lenses—including your interventions, the therapeutic relationship, your internal responses as a therapist, and the broader context in which the work is taking place.
Supervision with me is a space where you can feel safe to bring both your challenges and your strengths. I draw on over 10 years of experience as a fully accredited CBT Therapist (BABCP) and Integrative Counsellor (BACP), working across NHS and private settings. I integrate CBT, counselling-informed models, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy—offering a flexible approach that honours both clinical formulation and relational depth.
In supervision, we will reflect on your clinical decisions, the emotional impact of your work, ethical considerations, and your own wellbeing. I also pay attention to parallel process and the systems around us—recognising that our work doesn’t happen in isolation, and that wider contexts (such as culture, identity, and organisational pressures) shape both therapist and client experience.
My aim is to support you in developing confidence, clarity, and a reflective stance—whether you’re newly qualified, in training, or an experienced practitioner. I have a particular interest in supporting therapists working with complex cases, burnout, perinatal mental health, and identity-related themes in therapy.
Supervision can be offered online via Whereby or by telephone, depending on your preference. I strive to make supervision feel like a grounded and growth-promoting part of your practice.
My first session
Our first supervision session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, reflective working relationship. We'll explore your current work context, therapeutic approach, training background, and any particular areas you'd like support with. I’ll also invite you to share any previous experiences of supervision—what has worked well for you in the past, and anything you’d like to do differently going forward.
We’ll take time to discuss your professional goals, preferred learning style, and any cultural, personal, or professional values that shape your practice. This helps us create a supervision space that feels attuned to you as a whole person—not just as a practitioner.
This initial meeting is also a chance to outline how I work as a supervisor, and agree on a structure that supports your development, clinical thinking, and wellbeing throughout our work together.
