About me and my therapy practice
I am a Jungian Analyst and a member of The Society of Analytical Psychology. I work with addictions, eating disorders, trauma and have a very keen interest in working with the essence of a person, regarding healing to be of a spiritual / soul concern. I specialise also in transitioning times of life such us career change, retirement, loss and death.
I also offer supervision to individuals practitioners as was as groups and GP practices.
Practice description
I work with individuals and groups and businesses. With individuals I work between 1-4 times weekly in either a psychotherapeutic way or in analysis in 50 minute sessions. I follow the BACP, BPC and SAP ethical guidelines of good practice.
My first session
The first session will be an assessment session in which both parties assess what is being sought and if we are the best fit for one another to work together. If this is established, then we will set and agree a working contract to facilitate the work going forwards.
