I support people with a range of emotional and life challenges, many of which involve experiences of loss. This may be a bereavement, the ending of a relationship, or estrangement. The loss may be recent, or it may be something from the past that con鈥�

I offer online person-centred counselling via Microsoft Teams, and I guarantee a response to all enquiries within 48 hours. I work with clients across the UK, supporting people with anxiety, depression (low mood), low self-esteem, and life transition鈥�
