I am a London-based psychotherapist. For some years I also had a practice in Brighton, and I continue to see Brighton-based clients. If you decide to embark on therapy with me you鈥檒l be listened to attentively and with an open mind, whatever you want鈥�

Finding a counsellor and starting therapy can feel daunting, can鈥檛 it? You may be wondering if I鈥檓 the right counsellor for you, or if you could feel comfortable talking to me. Let鈥檚 start by me sharing a bit about me.  I鈥檓 Claire (she/her) and I am 鈥�

Have you been feeling stressed or overwhelmed?  Perhaps you are feeling anxious or down, or maybe you are struggling with certain relationships?   Possibly you're not sleeping/eating well?  Life circumstances can have this effect on us.   Talking thi鈥�

You may appear to have everything together, yet inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of yourself. Perhaps you are constantly caring for others, but rarely give yourself the same kindness. Life may feel too busy, too heavy, or as though you鈥�

Throughout life we can all face many challenges and it often helps to talk to someone about our thoughts, feelings and experiences. At these times it may not feel comfortable or appropriate to talk to our friends or loved ones, or perhaps you feel th鈥�

Do you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts & feelings? Are you feeling anxious? Are you suffering from stress and feel 鈥渂urnt out鈥�? Do you wonder how to manage those constant thought patterns which go round & round in your head, stopping you from being鈥�
