I offer person-centred therapy online to adults and teenagers.  This means that I use the base of providing empathy and acceptance in my sessions creating a space that feels safe, enabling clients to share their private thoughts, feelings and experie鈥�

I am an Integrative Counsellor working with adults and am based in Greenford. I have 22 years鈥� experience of 12 step recovery,  have experience of clients with depression, anxiety, and complex trauma, and understand the importance of creating a safe 鈥�

I am qualified Integrative Trauma-Informed Counsellor, in private practice based in Gloucestershire. I am experienced in helping clients with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, abuse, trauma, and many other issues. Working with you, I aim to help yo鈥�
