I am an existential psychotherapist, which means that I employ ideas from existential philosophy to psychotherapy.  This involves such themes as: choice; freedom; anxiety; responsibility; and our relationship to others and to the world more broadly. 鈥�

I trained as a person centred counsellor but also offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and work with the unconscious. I specialise in short term therapy for anxiety and depression and bereavement but can offer long term therapy for relationship issues鈥�
